Welcome!

Welcome to my blog. I am new at this blogging thing however, it's becoming more and more prevalent in my field so, I figured I should at least get up to speed with it. Besides, I could also use it as a forum to post whatever and with my extended family being geographically separated, I could also just use this for keeping them up-to-date on the family without having to email out pictures, notes, soccer scores, etc or force them to sign up on Myspace or Facebook. I tend to stay busy especially during the fall but, I hope to keep this thing updated. We will See!

As far as me, I'm a 33 year old (today) IT director for D.R. Horton. My wife Cassie and I have two boys (Brycen-4 and Tillman-2). Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with the family, taking them to new places and sharing my love of sports with them. I'm a diehard Seminole fan who owns 4 season tickets (6th row I may brag thanks to the recent SLIDE). I bought a boat and decided to pretty much trade in my Golf Sticks for Fishing Poles so I'm learning that and enjoying being out on the St. Johns river. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force which I served four years at Tyndall AFB, FL as a 3C051 (Information Manager). However, I am actively attempting to get back in with the Florida Air National Guard. The only question now is when my enlistment date is. Finally, I am a DARK RED Conservative Republican so I'm sorry if a few of my Anti-Liberal posts offend you. Sports and Politics are two subjects that I am passionate about. Enough of that.
